ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships
SHIPPING TIMES
Domestic Orders (USA):
- Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
- Transit times vary based on shipment method and destination
International Orders:
- Standard shipping: 10-14 business days
- May incur delays due to customs duty fees and transit
SHIPPING METHODS
- Domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS
- International orders ship via UPS or DHL
SHIPPING COSTS
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
- Shipping costs are non-refundable once shipped
ORDER CANCELLATION
- Orders may be canceled any time before shipment
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled
- If canceled before processing or shipping, refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- If your package is lost or stolen and has not been scanned as "delivered" by the shipper, we will either send replacements (if products are available) or issue full store credit (minus any shipping or applicable taxes)
- Nymb is not responsible for packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
- When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to customs and duties
- CUSTOMER WILL NOT BE REFUNDED PRODUCT COST FOR ANY SEIZED OR DESTROYED PACKAGES AS A RESULT OF ORDERING SUBSTANCES NOT ELIGIBLE FOR IMPORT IN RECEIVING COUNTRY
- It is the direct responsibility of the customer to collect parcel from the foreign postal administration
